On Thursday, January 12th, 2017 the Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary Art Fair hosted its VIP preview to benefit the Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation Society. A well-dressed crowd came out in support to the new Palm Beach city tent site.

Celebrating its inaugural year under the auspices of Art Miami, it brought back a world class art fair to Palm Beach. This year it is 65,000 square foot air conditioned tented pavilion, located between City Place and the Hilton. Collectors, art connoisseurs and art world luminaries alike have the opportunity to admire or acquire investment quality blue chip contemporary post-war works by International galleries. I was impressed by the level of art this year and many galleries that were in attendance have been featured in prominent shows like the New York Armory, Masterpiece London, Art Miami, Expo Chicago and others. This year it is under the auspices of Art Miami and you can see a vast improvement from other years. The tents are small enough to be totally manageable, easy to navigate and would satisfy even the most discerning of collectors and aficionados. There were works by Miro, Chagall, Jeff Koons, Ed Ruscha, Rauschenberg, Warhol and Lichtenstein to name a few.

The show is on from January 12-15th as is worth checking out.
