I have always longed for delivery from upscale and delicious purveyors. My daughter, who lives in New York, always bragged that all the best restaurants delivered. Unfortunately, it took a pandemic for eateries in Toronto to bring delivery and takeout to the masses. Butchers, bakers, fishmongers, and booze makers are all now scrambling to set up this new operation in Toronto. If there is a silver lining to this crisis, it is the chance to eat well in the comfort of your own home. I hope and pray that this virus will end soon, but I also hope that delicious home delivery is here to stay. Here is my latest list of restaurants in Toronto offering takeout and or delivery.

Check out my Instagram, @ShaneaSavours, where I will showcase and update other restaurants.

I hope you all stay safe and eat well.
