Branja Restaurant :: Miami

There has been a surge of Mediterranean and Israeli restaurants of late in Miami. However, Branja Restaurant stands out with global inspiration, bold flavours, and new interpretations.

Neya :: Miami

Neya, a new addition to Surfside is attractive, contemporary, and upscale. The Israeli non-kosher restaurant has flavourful ingredients and a modern approach to cooking.

Asiatiko :: Aventura, Florida

Asiatiko in Aventura, Florida is a kosher game changer. Who knew, a cool, tasty, kosher spot is in Aventura. I guess you must expect the unexpected. Well done.

Tania’s Table :: Miami

If you are looking for a charming, cozy restaurant with good home-cooked food, or prepared foods to go, then look no further than Tania’s Table in Miami.

Rina and Alice :: Jerusalem

Jerusalem Chefs Rina and Alice have created a tasty and inventive menu in their modern and cozy restaurant. We were happy to have this option on a Saturday afternoon in Jerusalem.

Squish Candies :: Hudson’s Bay, Toronto (NOW CLOSED)

It is so easy to get addicted to this high-end candy. They also offer chocolate, licorice, marshmallows, hard candy and jelly beans. There are also bags of squish mixes. Know a good dentist? I do!

Zak the Baker :: Wynwood, Miami

I was a fan of Zak the Baker before he opened his bakery/cafe in trendy Wynwood. I have had some of his fabulous breads in some of Miami’s top restaurants. Most recently I enjoyed his breads at Beachcraft and Cypress Tavern.

Josh’s Deli :: Miami

This is not your parents deli, but Jewish comfort food with a twist. On a street full of lots of Kosher restaurants it is refreshing to see a restaurant that serves some traif.

Dailo Restaurant :: Toronto

Dailo restaurant in the former “Grace” space on College Street. They call this new Asian cuisine and we were very impressed. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful.
