- AbcV, a vegetarian spinoff of ABC Kitchen in Union Square.
- Augustine, French restaurant in the Financial District.
- Bedford and Co, cooking on a wood fired grill in Midtown.
- Cafe Altro Paradiso , Italian on Spring Street.
- Dizengoff, a version of the same Israeli style restaurant from Philly. Located in the Chelsea Market.
- Guenter Seeger, fine dining with European influences in the West Village.
- Indian Accent, in Midtown.
- La Sirena, a new Italian restaurant in the Maritime hotel from Mario Batalusca and Joe Bastianich (should be worth a try).
- Pasquale Jones, Italian sister restaurant of Charlie Bird in Little Italy.
- Union Square 2.0, farm to table restaurant by Danny Meyer.
- Untitled by Clays Meyer of Noma fame, a Nordic brasserie.
- Untitled by Stephen Starr (what a busy boy), and Daniel Rose of Spring in Paris. Classic upscale French in SoHo. This one excites me.
- Untitled by another favourite chef Tom Colicchio in the Beekman hotel.
