The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is a true urban powerhouse, a towering beacon of luxury in the heart of Central. The hotel boasts 399 rooms and suites, as well as exclusive residences, all conveniently located next to the IFC, the International Finance Center, and a sprawling mall accessible from the lobby or 4th floor. This prime location caters perfectly to both business and leisure travelers.
As the epitome of a Four Seasons property, the hotel offers exceptional service and every imaginable amenity. Upon entering the dramatic atrium lobby, we were swiftly escorted to our generous size harbour-view suite. With wall-to-wall windows providing sweeping panoramic views, the suite was exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. The spacious living room featured ample seating, a large LED TV, a bar, and a powder room. It was adorned with Chinese artwork, silk screens, and contemporary calligraphy and equipped with a Nespresso machine, a fully stocked snack drawer, and a fridge. The space was both elegant and functional.
The bedroom continued with the understated, chic design with a wood and beige colour scheme, another LED TV, and a temperature-regulated Simmons mattress. Generous closets provide ample storage, and the large bathroom features dual vanities, granite countertops, a deep bathtub, and a spacious rain shower with excellent water pressure. We were welcomed with fruit and snacks, and after mentioning my fondness for their mango gummy treats, a large tray of them was provided daily.
The hotel’s gym, with state-of-the-art equipment, offers stunning harbor views. The spa, with 17 treatment rooms, also features breathtaking views. The pool and fitness center are located on the 6th floor. Dining at the Four Seasons Hong Kong is a gastronomic delight, with seven Michelin stars across their three restaurants. Caprice, with three stars, offers impeccable French cuisine and service. Lung King Heen, another three-star restaurant, serves exquisite Chinese dishes, and the one-star Sushi Saito, from Tokyo, provides excellent Japanese cuisine.
For breakfast, guests can choose an à la carte menu in the lounge restaurant or an impressive buffet at Argo Bar on the ground floor. Club-level floor guests have access to a rooftop club with a wonderful breakfast buffet, snacks, and beverages throughout the day. Argo Bar, rated as one of the top bars in the world, impressed us with its atmosphere and drinks and snacks upon our arrival.
What sets the Four Seasons Hong Kong apart, is its unparalleled service and customer care. Every department provided personalized service, with staff knowing our names and itinerary, and anticipating our needs. This higher level of luxury made our stay a sanctuary in this bustling city, truly taking luxury to a new level.
Highly recommended.
Happy travels,
Shanea
