Untitled, a restaurant by Danny Meyer recently opened at the Whitney Museum of American Art in the Meatpacking District of New York. Situated on the ground floor, it’s stylish and sleek with floor to ceiling windows. The menu is quite limited but reads well with light and interesting choices. Some were Lobster toast, fluke with radishes, Farro and corn salad, Calamari and long beans, Swordfish and eggplant. The ingredients are good and the food was often tasty but the portions were ridiculously small. We all had a 3 course meal but we all left still hungry. The bill was not cheap either!

The restaurant was not up to the standard of The Modern at the MoMA, or the Gramercy Tavern or Meyer’s Union Square Cafe.

The only reason to eat here if you were going to see the Museum. I wouldn’t make a special trip here.

Happy dining,
Shanea
