Dry, Milan

Dry is a contemporary venue, offering a unique combination of pizza and mixology. Dry became so popular that they added a second location at Viale Vittorio Veneto, 28. It is located behind the Westin Hotel. This location is open daily for lunch and dinner, whereas their first location only serves dinner.

We went for lunch and found that the sleek and sexy industrial space oozes atmosphere. Michelin-starred Chef Andrea Berton has an interest in this restaurant. The menu includes salads, charcuterie, gourmet pizzas and great drinks like negroni, pisco fours, champagne, beers and infused drinks. The place is moderately priced, and their Neopolitan wood fire pizzas are appealing. You could choose from pizza combos or build-your-own.

The bomboloni with homemade pistachio ice cream is a notable highlight. We also had the Berton tiramisu, which was on the light side for me, but was full of flavour.

Happy dining,
Shanea
